Commercial Marketing Sales:

Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Lead, motivate, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and performance support.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships while addressing inquiries and issues professionally.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and challenges.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with marketing and other departments.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and smooth workflows.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including database management, direct mail initiatives, and digital communications.

Conduct market research to identify target companies, audiences, and new market opportunities.

Coordinate events, networking sessions, and hosted functions from planning to execution and post-event reporting.

Manage email marketing, website content, e-newsletters, and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare marketing materials, literature, stationery, and promotional packs for sales meetings and events.

Support public relations activities, including press releases, media liaison, and coverage monitoring.

Manage internal communications, newsletters, intranet updates, and brand consistency across the group.

Assist in marketing audits, performance analysis, and strategy development.

Ensure compliance with marketing standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle marketing-related administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant working experience in sales, commercial, or marketing roles.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, sales strategies, marketing concepts, positioning, and territory management.

Proven experience in sales planning, competitive analysis, and people management.

Strong business acumen; experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Marketing-savvy with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
