Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex international and domestic flight bookings using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre, ensuring cost-effective and time-efficient routes for corporate clients.

Ensure all bookings comply with corporate travel policies, including cabin entitlements, preferred airline agreements, and budget guidelines.

Issue, re-issue, and refund tickets while sourcing the best fares, including corporate negotiated rates, creative ticketing, and low-cost carrier options.

Provide rapid support for last-minute changes, flight cancellations, or emergency rerouting to minimize disruption to business schedules.

Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, conducting follow-ups and resolving service-related issues promptly.

Arrange ancillary services such as visa applications, travel insurance, hotel accommodations, and airport transfers for a complete travel experience.

Monitor travel trends, maintain records, and provide regular reports on bookings, client interactions, and service quality.

Job Requirements:

Minimum certificate IATA/UFTAA or Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Travel Tourism Management, or related field is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings and schedules.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and relationship management.

Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or travel emergencies.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
