As a Sales Advisor at Auto Elegance Sdn Bhd, you will be the face of the GWM brand in our showroom at Axis Vista.

You’ll guide customers through the entire buying journey, from first greeting, to GWM test drive, to vehicle delivery and beyond.
你将引导客户完成整个购车旅程,从首次接待、GWM 试驾到车辆交付及交付后的跟进。
Your goal is to ensure a professional and memorable experience at every step across GWM’s EVs and SUVs.
你的目标是在每一个环节为客户提供专业且难忘的体验,涵盖 GWM 全线电动车及 SUV 车型。
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Sales & Customer Engagement / 销售与客户接待
Greet and engage walk in and appointment customers in a professional, friendly manner.
以专业、友善的态度接待上门及预约客户。
Understand customer needs, budget and preferences through effective questioning.
通过有效提问了解客户的需求、预算和用车偏好。
Present and explain GWM vehicle features, specifications and benefits clearly and confidently (e.g. EV technology, SUV practicality, safety features).
清晰、自信地向客户介绍 GWM 车型的特点、配置和优势(如电动车技术、SUV 实用性、安全配置等)。
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance, safety and comfort.
安排并陪同试驾,演示车辆的性能、安全性和舒适性。
Present financing, leasing and insurance options to customers.
向客户说明金融方案、租赁方案及保险选项。
Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales deals.
在公司政策范围内进行价格洽谈并促成成交。
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation / 产品知识与专业咨询
Stay updated on GWM’s latest models, trims, technologies, EV features and competitor offerings.
持续更新对 GWM 最新车型、配置、技术(尤其是 EV 特性)及竞争车型的了解。
Provide honest, professional recommendations based on each customer’s lifestyle and requirements (family use, urban driving, long distance, EV suitability, etc.).
根据客户的生活方式和用车需求(家庭用车、城市代步、长途驾驶、电动车适用性等),提供专业而诚恳的建议。
Explain after sales services, warranties, maintenance packages and, where applicable, charging/ownership considerations for GWM EV models.
向客户说明售后服务、保修条款、保养套餐,以及 GWM 电动车在充电与用车方面的注意事项。
3. Sales Process Management / 销售流程管理
Generate leads through online enquiries, social media, showroom walk-ins, referrals and cold calls.
通过线上咨询、社交媒体、展厅来访、转介绍及电话开拓等方式获取销售线索。
Follow up promptly with prospects via calls, messages and emails to secure appointments and bookings.
通过电话、信息及电邮及时跟进潜在客户,争取预约与订车。
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales pipeline in the CRM/system.
在 CRM / 系统中准确记录客户信息、沟通情况及销售机会(pipeline)。
Handle all sales documentation, including booking forms, loan applications, trade-in evaluations and registration documents.
处理所有销售相关文件,包括订车单、贷款申请、旧车置换评估及注册文件等。
4. Customer Service & Relationship Management / 客户服务与关系维护
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
与客户建立长期关系,鼓励重复购买及转介绍。
Coordinate vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth handover and positive delivery experience for every GWM customer.
协调车辆交付流程,确保每位 GWM 客户都能获得顺畅、愉快的交车体验。
Collect customer feedback and assist in resolving issues, escalating to management when necessary.
收集客户反馈,协助处理问题,并在必要时向管理层汇报跟进。
5. Sales Targets & Performance / 销售目标与业绩
Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets for units and revenue.
达成个人月度及年度销售目标(台数与营收)。
Contribute to branch level performance by supporting campaigns and sales initiatives for GWM models.
通过配合各类活动及促销计划,为分行整体业绩做出贡献。
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, test drive events and marketing activities when required.
在需要时参与路演、车展、试驾活动及其他市场推广活动。
6. Collaboration & Reporting / 协作与汇报
Work closely with Marketing to promote GWM campaigns, offers and digital leads.
与市场团队紧密合作,推广 GWM 相关活动、优惠及线上线索。
Coordinate with after sales/service teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience for GWM customers.
与售后/服务团队协调,为客户提供顺畅的一体化用车体验。
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
按要求准备并提交每日、每周及每月销售报告。
Requirements / 任职要求
Minimum 2–5 years’ working experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
至少 2–5 年汽车销售或相关面对客户销售岗位经验。
Strong interest in cars and/or EV technology, with willingness to continuously learn about GWM products and competitors.
对汽车及/或电动车技术有浓厚兴趣,并愿意持续学习 GWM 产品及竞争品牌。
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
曾达到或超越销售目标者优先。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with all customer segments.
具备优秀的沟通与人际交往能力,能自信应对不同类型客户。
Proficiency in Mandarin, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers (and principal where required).
能以中文(普通话)与华语客户及必要时的厂方沟通。
Self-motivated, results oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
自我驱动力强、结果导向,能适应以目标为导向的工作环境。
Possess a valid driving licence and be able to conduct test drives with customers.
持有有效驾照,并能陪同客户进行试驾。
