Job Description

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning / 营销策略与规划

Develop and own the annual marketing plan for Auto Elegance (GWM), covering awareness, lead generation and retention.
制定并主导年度营销计划,覆盖品牌曝光、获客与客户留存。

Translate sales objectives (units, model mix, stock focus, new launches) into clear marketing priorities and KPIs.
将销售目标(台数、车型组合、库存重点、新车上市等)转化为明确的营销优先级与 KPI。

Analyse customer profiles, catchment areas and competitors (Chinese & non-Chinese brands) to refine positioning and themes.
分析客户画像、商圈与竞争品牌活动,持续优化品牌定位与主题。

2. Integrated Campaigns (Online & Offline) / 整合营销活动(线上 + 线下)

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, print, outdoor and events to drive showroom traffic & test drives.
规划并执行覆盖数字媒体、社交媒体、CRM、平面与活动的整合营销,带动展厅客流与试驾。

Support new model launches (e.g. HAVAL H6 HEV, ORA, TANK) with structured launch plans and tactical offers.
为重点新车上市制定完整上市方案与战术促销。

Localise principal / GWM Malaysia campaigns at dealership level.
将厂方 / GWM Malaysia 的全国性活动在经销商层面本地化执行。

3. Digital & Performance Marketing / 数字与绩效营销

Manage the dealership’s digital presence (website, landing pages, online listings, review platforms).
管理经销店的线上形象:官网、落地页、车型信息及评价平台。

Plan, execute and optimise paid media (search, social, display, video) to deliver qualified leads at target CPL.
规划与优化付费投放(搜索、社交、展示、视频),以目标获客成本获取高质量线索。

Oversee social media content and community management for GWM brand preference.
负责社交媒体内容与互动管理,提升 GWM 品牌关注与好感。

Design basic CRM journeys (Email / WhatsApp / SMS) with sales to move prospects from enquiry to test drive and booking.
与销售团队设计简单 CRM 流程,推动客户从咨询到试驾与订车。

4. Retail Marketing, Events & Partnerships / 零售营销、活动与合作

Manage showroom-level marketing: displays, GWM zones, POSM, window visuals, test drive experience.
统筹展厅布置、车型专区、物料陈列及试驾体验。

Plan roadshows, mall activations, corporate previews and customer events.
策划路演、商场展出、企业专场与客户回馈活动。

Build local partnerships (corporates, communities, lifestyle brands, fleets) for incremental traffic.
发掘本地企业、社区、生活方式品牌与车队客户合作机会,提升客流与曝光。

5. Brand, Content & Creative / 品牌、内容与创意

Ensure consistent use of GWM brand guidelines and key messages.
确保所有素材符合 GWM 品牌规范与关键信息。

Brief and manage agencies/freelancers/internal designers for KV, videos and digital assets.
对接与管理代理商及设计资源,确保创意按时按质交付。

Develop clear, customer-friendly content on features, safety, tech (e.g. Hi4), ownership and financing.
产出清晰易懂的内容,向客户解释车型亮点、安全与科技配置、用车成本优势及金融方案。

6. Insights, Reporting & Budget Management / 洞察、报告与预算管理

Track and report campaign performance (traffic, leads, test drives, CPL, conversions) with optimisation recommendations.
跟踪与汇报活动表现,并提出优化建议。

Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends; share insights with management and principal.
监测竞争对手活动与市场动态,向管理层及厂方反馈洞察。

Manage marketing A&P budget, focusing on high-ROI activities within allocation.
管理市场 A&P 预算,聚焦高回报活动并严控在预算内。

7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management / 协作与干系人管理

Work closely with Sales Manager & sales team to align marketing with focus models and sales targets.
与销售经理及团队紧密协作,使营销与重点车型及销售目标保持一致。

Liaise with GWM Malaysia/principal marketing on assets, approvals, calendars and reporting.
与 GWM Malaysia / 厂方市场团队对接物料、审批、活动日历与报表。

Manage agencies, media, influencers and vendors to deliver on time and on brand.
管理代理公司、媒体、KOL 及制作供应商,确保按时上线并符合品牌要求。

Requirements / 任职要求
5–8 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in automotive, mobility or related premium consumer brands.
至少 5–8 年市场营销经验,其中 3 年以上在汽车、出行或中高端消费品领域。

Experience in dealership or distributor environment is an advantage.
有经销商或总代理经验者优先。

Proven track record in integrated marketing (digital, social, events, PR) with measurable impact on leads & sales.
具备整合营销(数字、社交、活动、公关)实战经验,并能证明对获客与销售有实质拉动。

Hands-on with digital tools: Meta/Google Ads, basic SEO/SEM, analytics dashboards, social tools.
熟悉 Meta / Google Ads、基础 SEO/SEM、数据看板及社媒管理工具。

Strong balance of strategy & execution; data-driven and analytical.
兼具策略与执行能力,善于用数据驱动决策。

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
具备良好沟通与协作能力,能与销售、管理层、厂方及外部伙伴有效配合。

Language / 语言: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
普通话与英文流利,会马来文者为加分项。

Strong interest in cars and EV technology, willing to continuously learn about GWM and the wider market.
对汽车及电动车技术有兴趣,愿意持续学习 GWM 产品与市场趋势。
