The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable flow business growth across Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines through disciplined channel execution and partner‑led sales models. This role focuses on activating and managing distributors, expanding reseller coverage—including second‑tier and emerging partners—and ensuring consistent demand generation across assigned geographies. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, high accountability, and the ability to influence channel partners to deliver measurable sales, marketing, and brand outcomes aligned with FARGO regional objectives.

Essential Duties


Achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives through repeatable, partner‑driven flow business.
Drive distributors to actively expand and manage reseller ecosystems across assigned countries.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and second‑tier partners to increase geographic and market coverage.
Conduct structured partner performance and business reviews to ensure growth, activity level, and accountability.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting in the designated CRM system.
Represent FARGO in the market in a professional, ethical, and consistent manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Growth


Manage all sales activities across Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines in alignment with regional business plans.
Drive territory expansion by increasing partner presence in secondary cities, provincial areas, and developing markets.
Actively pursue new opportunities through prospecting, partner engagement, and expansion of existing channel relationships.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where targets or expectations are not met.
Distributor & Reseller Enablement

Hold distributors accountable for:
Recruitment and activation of resellers
Quality and consistency of reseller‑generated pipeline
Expansion of reseller footprint and territory coverage
Ensure distributors deploy structured reseller engagement programs, including joint sales activities, territory planning, and opportunity development.
Increase the number of active, productive resellers, with focus on measurable flow revenue contribution.
Marketing & Demand Generation


Work with distributors to plan, execute, and review partner‑led marketing activities, including events, campaigns, promotions, and roadshows.
Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with FARGO regional strategy and translated into tangible sales outcomes.
Review distributor marketing effectiveness and return on investment on a regular basis.
Support regional marketing initiatives by ensuring strong distributor and reseller participation.
Brand Ambassador & Market Representation


Act as a brand ambassador for FARGO, reinforcing consistent messaging, positioning, and market presence.
Ensure distributors and resellers accurately represent FARGO’s value proposition and product portfolio.
Participate in selected industry events, partner functions, and customer engagements to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
Uphold FARGO brand standards across all channel interactions and market activities.
Essential Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within channel‑driven or distributor‑led models.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. Candidate can speak or write in Thail or Vietnamese will be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to drive new partner acquisition, territory expansion, and flow business growth.
Proven experience managing distributors and reseller networks.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required; employee must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
