Responsibilities:

To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;

To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine; OR

To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities; OR

To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus)

To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;

Recording orders for all related tour services;

To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;

To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;

To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs.

General Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

At least 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination, preferably in a B2B setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and tour management systems.

High attention to detail, especially with travel documents and bookings.

Familiarity with the travel industry and B2B tour operations is a plus.

Professional and confident in dealing with clients, vendors, and team members.

Good problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges smoothly.

Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
