Residences Butler



The Butler is responsible for maintaining the daily operations in the department and overseeing the staff to provide prompt, personalized service in the most efficient way to the guests.



The Butler must be always on standby during the shift to response to the assigned Residences guests on their inquiry, questions and tasks.



The Butler communicates and works closely with other departments to provide the highest level of service. You will be responsible for training and developing your team members, ensuring their professional level of service and personal growth.
