Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
-Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer letters)
-Prepare employment documents (Offer Letter, Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.)
-Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
-Maintain employee personal files and HR database

2. Payroll & Attendance
-Assist in monthly payroll processing
-Monitor staff attendance, overtime, leave records, and lateness
-Ensure accurate calculation of salary, allowances, deductions, and claims
-Prepare payroll reports for management

3. Statutory Compliance (Malaysia)
Manage and ensure timely submission of:
-KWSP (EPF)
-SOCSO (PERKESO)
-EIS
-PCB (Income Tax)
-Liaise with government bodies when required (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp, JTK, etc.)
-Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act 1955 and other labour laws

4. Employee Relations
-Handle staff inquiries regarding HR policies, salary, leave, and benefits
-Manage disciplinary matters (warning letters, show cause letters, domestic inquiry support)
-Assist in conflict resolution and employee grievances
-Support performance appraisal process

5. Leave & Benefits Administration
-Manage annual leave, medical leave, and other leave records
-Monitor leave balance and encashment where applicable
-Administer employee benefits and claims

6. HR Documentation & Reporting
-Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, termination, etc.)
-Maintain proper HR documentation and filing system
-Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment status)

7. Training & Development
-Coordinate staff training programs
-Assist in HRDCorp grant applications and documentation
-Maintain employee training records

8. Administrative Support
-Support general HR and office administrative duties
-Assist management with HR-related projects and policy implementation

🔹 Job Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
-Minimum 1 years HR experience
-Knowledge of Malaysia labour law & statutory contributions
-Familiar with payroll process
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & HR systems
-Office Located at Jalan Klang Lama
