Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
-Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
-Ensure compliance with tax requirements including SST, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
-Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
-Maintain accurate records of F&B inventory, costing, and stock adjustments.
-Work closely with operations and management to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
-Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.
-Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
-Manage petty cash, payroll processes, and supplier payments.
-Assist in system improvements and digital transformation related to accounting and finance.

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian taxation, SST, and financial regulations.
-High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
-Experience with inventory and cost control in the F&B industry is highly advantageous.
