Job Description

Key responsibilities
-Plan and manage ATL campaigns, including digital marketing, content strategy, and traditional media.
-Drive brand‑building activities across consumer, trade, and ethical channels to enhance brand equity and credibility.
-Collaborate closely with the BTL Marketing Manager to ensure synergy and maximize campaign impact.
-Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
-Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to ensure successful execution.
-Oversee ATL budget planning, resource allocation, and ROI tracking.
-Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and relevant regulatory standards.
-Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
-An MBA or specialized training in digital marketing will be an advantage.
-5–7 years of experience in ATL and brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
-Proven track record of managing multi‑channel digital campaigns and brand‑building activities.
-Experience in the personal care or ethical marketing space is an added advantage.
