What you'll be doing

Assist on managing overall project planning, design coordination, resource planning, and work programme development

Ensure timely submission and approval od DO/KM, BP, and other statutory approvals in line with project milestones

Work closely with consultants to prepare tender and construction drawings, manage contract tender & awards, and administer contracts

Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met

Ensure consruction works are completed according to approved speciifications, quality standards, branding requirements, and schedule

Manage documentation including verification of consultants, contractors claims and certifications

Establish and maintain strong working relationship with authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a property developer, preferably in high-end residential developments

Strong understanding of property development processes, including planning, design, construction, and project delivery

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on time

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in property, construction, or a related field is preferred
