What you'll be doing

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Performing monthly account reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data

Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making

Liaising with internal stakeholders, including project managers and the finance team, to provide financial insights and recommendations

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes

Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2-4 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the property development or construction industry

Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Strong understanding of project finance and property development accounting and knowledge in IFCA system

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable work

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
