Key Responsibilities:

1) Group Consolidation & Reporting

Assist in preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable approved accounting standards.

2) Intercompany & Group Accounting

Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances across group entities.

Ensure proper documentation of intercompany transactions (loans, advances, interest, etc)

3) Audit & Compliance

Liaise with external auditors for group and entities audits.

Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.

Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements and MBRS.

4) Banking & Financing/Cash Management

Processing of banking and loan tracsaction documents.

Update and monitor daily cash flow and monitor daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

Optimise cash utilisation and minimise idle funds.

Arrange transfer of fund/placement of funds, if any.

5) Payments & Controls

Payment processing to ensure proper authorisation, compliance and timeliness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance-related roles.

Good knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and MPERS and taxation.

Proficient in Excel.

Good analytical, communication and problem -solving skills.

Able to handle full set of entity documents.
