Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for data center construction.

Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, IEEE, CIDB, BOMBA, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.



Stakeholder & Contractor Management

Lead cross-functional teams including CSA, MEP, electrical, and ELV engineers.

Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed as per specifications.

Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve challenges.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and internal management.



Risk Management & Compliance

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Conduct quality control audits, inspections, and compliance checks throughout the project.



Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Supervise system integration, load testing, and commissioning of data center infrastructure.

Ensure smooth handover of completed data centers with as-built documentation and maintenance plans.

Collaborate with operations teams to optimize long-term facility performance and reliability.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

5 years or more experience in managing large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP, electrical, civil, and ELV systems in data centers.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
