Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction teams.

Conduct inspections and quality checks on structural and architectural elements to ensure compliance

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and operational issues.

Ensure proper implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements and report any safety violations.

Maintain documentation, including progress reports, site records, and non-compliance reports.

Assist in resolving site-related issues and technical discrepancies during construction.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural works, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas industry.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project execution best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and construction software (AutoCAD, BIM, etc.) is a plus.
