Position Overview

We are hiring this role for an upcoming Data Centre Project in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on data centre construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site safety activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Conduct site safety inspections and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain proper safety documentation, reports, and records.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety compliance during construction activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of safety supervision experience in construction projects.

Experience in data centre, industrial, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.

Knowledge of construction safety regulations and permit systems.
