Scope of Work:

Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel, ensuring they are aware of safety procedures and best practices.

Incident Management: Investigate and report on-site accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Safety Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, including incident reports, safety audits, and training logs.

Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize safety risks.

Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with local safety regulations, standards, and company policies.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring site personnel are prepared for potential emergencies.

Safety Equipment: Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and readily available.

Reporting: Prepare regular safety reports for senior management, highlighting safety performance, issues, and improvements.



Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.

Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
