Core Responsibilities
Data Harvesting: Aggregated sentiment and feedback from social media, reviews, and targeted surveys.

Strategic Analysis: Identify high-impact trends and friction points within the customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn data into UI/UX enhancements.

Performance Tracking: Measure the ROI of implemented changes and pivot strategies based on real-time results.

Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor research to ensure our e-commerce experience remains best-in-class.
