Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Inbound Call, Chat, & Email) ARABIC Speaker.

Project: Quickbooks.

What You'll Do:

● Develop and manage relationships with accounting partners to drive platform adoption throughout their client organizations.
● Monitor inbound/outbound channels and proactively respond to leads.
● Own initial discovery conversations with prospective customers.
● Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Quickbooks is a strategic investment.
● Accurately capture customer information for future follow-up in our CRM.
● Influence decisions to achieve win-win outcomes.
● Translate Quickbooks features into benefits for the customer.
● Use pre-built solutions and recommendations based on customer goals and objectives.
● Offer competitive insights as to why Quickbooks is a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape.
● Meet or exceed defined revenue, productivity, and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

● 2 to 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Business Accounting, Financial Technology or a high-growth tech environment.
● English Level C1/C2.
● Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, prospecting strategies, and negotiation techniques.
● Basic understanding of accounting principles or bookkeeping workflows" to support the "trusted advisor" goal.
● You have strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts to a diverse audience.
● You are high energy, outgoing, and capable of handling a high volume of emails and phone calls.
● Proven track record of hunting new business, managing a pipeline, and exceeding quota.
● Experience with cold calling, consultative selling, and product demos.
● You pay attention to detail, follow-through, and are accountable.

Package:

5K Basic Salary + Up to 2500 KPI Monthly Sales Incentive + Up to 300 Night Shift Allowance.
