- Identify and generate new business opportunities for training and team building services
- Proactively follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into clients
- Conduct compelling, tailored sales presentations to meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales support
