Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation & Deployment
Support IT infrastructure setup during project phase (network, hardware, systems, and applications)

Collaborate with HQ project teams to deploy IT devices and network infrastructure

Execute installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT equipment

Manage IT asset lifecycle including additions, changes, and removals

Ensure proper cabling and labeling in accordance with server room standards

2. IT Operations & Support
Provide first-line helpdesk support to end users and resolve IT-related issues

Troubleshoot and manage:

Laptops, printers, and multimedia devices

Security systems

Wired and wireless networks

Business applications

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary

3. Infrastructure & Server Management
Maintain and monitor server rooms and IT infrastructure

Manage local server platforms and resolve hardware issues

Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance

Execute periodic backups and ensure system availability and reliability

4. Network & Security Management
Maintain network performance and firewall configurations

Implement and manage access control via Active Directory

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards

Safeguard data integrity and system security in the field environment

5. Process & Continuous Improvement
Adapt HQ IT frameworks to local business needs

Develop and improve local IT processes and SOPs

Ensure alignment with global IT governance and standards

6. User Training & Support
Provide training to end users on IT systems and devices

Promote best practices in IT usage and security awareness
