Assembly Technician / Engineer

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :

To assemble of modules according to technical documents using assembly tools provided

To perform quality check on own and other staffs assembled modules

To personally drive quality topics, constantly remind everyone as well personally practice quality awareness and ensure quality is set as top priority in all actions

To perform error search / troubleshooting of modules in test station or in the machine

To responsible for production hour bookings (BDE) and productivity of own self as well own staff

To maintain housekeeping of work area and assembly in general (parts/modules arrangement, organizing work table and control maintain chemical and tools cabinet

To develop and maintain standardized work instructions for all assigned areas

To complete all necessary assembly reporting and required paperwork

To attend quality, machine planning and organizational meeting when/if required

To handle and assemble of heavy modules

To handle of tooling machines if/when required (hand-drill, drilling machine, lathe machine, grinding machine, milling machine and etc.)

To mentor for new staff, trainee as well part timers as and when it is assigned

To transfer knowledge to new staff and trainee on how to use tools, chemical usage and basic machine knowledge

To support leader and superior for SAP system :-

Create notification

Check stock availability in MB plant

Create SL-number for modules

Modules booking into stock in PAWH

To follows up on purchase and precision parts required to perform complete assembly

To assist in creation of procedural document (SOP/OPL)

To update documentation of all types: schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, maintenance log, instruction manuals, etc. To keep documentation ready for use when needed

To perform hands on assembly when if/required to in Pre or Final Assembly

To lead improvements activities for quality, delivery, cost and safety objectives and will support continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Process

To attends quality, machine planning and organizational meeting when/if required

To develop meaningful alternative solutions to identified ergonomics problems and proposes practical design solutions specific to the worksite

To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior



YOU CONVINCE US WITH :

Your Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics

Your ability to efficiently use all computer literacy MS Office application

Your good product knowledge

Your good planning and organizing, communication skills, follow up and coordination skills

Your proactive, resourceful and able to multitask with sense of urgency

Your ability to converse fluently in verbal and written of Chinese; English & Bahasa Malaysia

Your ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Your self-motivation and able to motivate others in the team
