Key Responsibilities:
-Read and understand interior and shop drawings to accurately build furniture and cabinetry
-Fabricate and assemble custom pieces such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, panels, and other built-in furniture
-Measure, cut, and shape wood and wood-based materials including plywood, MDF, solid wood, veneer, and HPL
-Use carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently
-Install finished furniture and cabinetry neatly and accurately at project sites
-Ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy, finishing, and craftsmanship
-Work closely with interior designers to understand design details and handle revisions when needed
-Manage tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
-Keep the workshop and job sites clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:
-1–2 years of experience as a carpenter or cabinet maker, preferably in interior projects
-Solid experience in custom cabinetry and built-in furniture
-Able to read and understand technical and interior drawings
-Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
-Able to work both independently and as part of a team
-Physically fit and comfortable working in both workshop and on-site environments
-Experience working with interior designers or interior contractors is a plus
-Familiar with common finishing materials and techniques such as HPL, veneer, duco, and melamine
