Job Description

Handle all carpentry works which includes maintaining, repairing, installing and/or constructing as required on the job with the Engineering Team. Works include but is not limited to the following:-
-Build/install/repair walls/partitions eg dry wall, wall paper, mill-work/moulding and faux finishing.
-Install/repair finishes eg laminates.
-Perform rough in framing for doors, frames, windows and cabinets.
-Repair, maintain, construct wood structures eg partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property.
-Does miscellaneous minor repairs eg tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs and patching holes in walls.
Placing order for items through the Engineering Office for job requirements.
Comply with hotel policies as well as safety and security procedures. Report any maintenance problem, safety hazards, accidents/injuries.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
