Cashier

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer payments accurately using POS system

Process cash, card, QR, and online payment transactions efficiently

Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily sales records

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items and orders

Ensure cashier counter area is clean, organized, and presentable

Coordinate with service and kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow

Assist in opening and closing cashier procedures

Report any payment discrepancies or operational issues to management

Support management during pre-opening setup and operational preparations

Requirements

Minimum 6 months & above of experience in cashiering, retail, or F&B industry is preferred

Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and customer service mindset

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Able to travel to or relocate to Kulim, Kedah
