Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
Client Communication & Relationship Building
-Communicate with clients (Mandarin, English & Malay) to understand their supply chain needs
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Provide timely updates on inventory status and shipment progress

Supply Chain Coordination
-Monitor and track inventory levels and movements
-Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock management-
-Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
-Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance
-Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently

Problem Solving & Process Improvement
-Address and resolve delivery or inventory issues promptly
-Identify opportunities to improve client experience
-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations
-Maintain accurate records in our systems

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
-Fresh graduates welcome! 1-2 years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain preferred
-Additional language skills (e.g. proficiency in Mandarin , would be an advantage. We're seeking candidates with strong Mandarin language skills to effectively serve and communicate with our valued Mandarin-speaking clients
