Construction Manager

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

(Work Location: Malacca)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Min 10 years working experience in contractual matters and construction projects, especially in earthworks.

· Capable of handling project planning, budget and cost control and quality implementation.

· Able to control and monitor the site team and sub-contractors at project site.



Job Responsibilities:

· To ensure completion of project within time-frame and budget with quality

· To ensure project is running on time and identify construction problem and propose solutions

· To conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and initiate remedial actions to maintain project on

schedule.

· To lead, guide, motivate and develop all subordinates.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Management
