Customer Service Agent (English Speaker| Fresh Graduate | Renewable Contract

Location: Jalan Raja Laut & Jalan Ampang

Working Hours: 8 AM - 11 PM (Rotational Shift) - 5 days work 2 days leave

Terms: Contract/Renewable depends on performance

Education:

SPM with minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience (Must have credits in Mathematics and English subject)

Diploma/Bachelor holder with minimum 1 year of experience

Fresh Graduates of Diploma/ Bachelor are welcome

Position Overview:

As a Junior Banking Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.

To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals.

To resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions.

To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and provide seamless support.
