Customer Service Executive - Air Freight

Requirement:
-STPM / Diploma / Degree
-3-4 years experience in Freight Forwarding environment
-good understanding in Incoterm
-good knowledge of airfreight. Sea freight knowledge and exposure will be added advantage
-basic understanding of Dangerous Goods Regulation & IMDG
-experience in export / import shipment quotation, documentation and arrangement
-experience in triangle or cross-trade quotation & arrangement
-good contact with airline to procure competitive rate & operation matters.
-besides general cargo, knowledge in oversize nd project cargo will be added advantage
-good knowledge to market conditions & position to quote and provide solutions
-basic Mandarin language in dealing with China overseas customers & agent will be added advantages (non mandatory)
-sense of urgency (timelines) in completing quotation or attending to enquiries.
-able to communicate clearly with internal and external party
-minimum supervision & great team player
