Customer Service - Kerdau

Requirements
1. Have a Diploma or SPM (Diploma in a related field is an advantage).
2. Having at least 1 year of experience in the field of Customer Service, Sales Support or Repeat Order is preferred.
3. Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Have experience managing existing customers and recurring orders via WhatsApp / telephone.
5. Ability to use systems such as:
-WhatsApp Business
-Google Workspace / Excel
-CRM system or company internal system (if any)
