Job Summary
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our Travel Project. You will assist customers via Call, Chat & Email.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries and complaints in Mandarin
* Assist with travel bookings, modifications, and general inquiries
* Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
* Log and track all customer interactions
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
* Mandarin speaker. Full fluency required
* Degree holder
* Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in Customer Service preferred
* Good typing and communication skillsFlexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts
* Nice to Have: Basic English communication skill
