Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups with branches and doctors.

Follow up with customers and patients on enquiries, treatments, packages, and ongoing services.

Maintain professional and empathetic communication to ensure good customer satisfaction.

Handle complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and escalate major issues when needed.

Promote health packages, membership program, and campaigns to support lead conversion and retention.

Coordinate with branches, doctors, and marketing team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and communication history.
