Job Scope:

Reply to all customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms

Assist with wedding and bulk order inquiries on an ad-hoc basis

Follow training materials and reply guidelines provided

Requirements:

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Able to communicate clearly and professionally (no short forms or informal language)

Responsible and consistent in handling tasks

Training and SOPs will be provided
