CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

Provide excellent customer service and ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

Responsible to meet customer required ship dates (CRSD).

Responsible for coordinating with production on delivery requirement.

Responsible for interfacing with Production, Material and Quality on matters pertaining to shipment requirement.

Responsible for interfacing with Logistics on the shipment arrangement.

Provide the customer the real-time information on scheduling.

Responsible in meeting company and department objective.

Managing the VMI inventory control level.
