IT Executive (IT Infrastructure)

Overview

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s internal IT infrastructure.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and end-user devices.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security configurations.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation and reliability.

Manage and maintain cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).

Ensure data backup processes, cybersecurity measures, and IT compliance practices are properly implemented.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support, maintenance, and system upgrades.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex IT issues escalated by junior IT staff.

Lead or support system implementations, software upgrades, and IT infrastructure projects.

Guide and mentor junior IT staff in technical and operational matters.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network management.

Possess own transportation.

Familiar with VMware, Active Directory, Server 2019 or above, Exchange Cloud, Microsoft SQL, and Veeam Backup.

Strong knowledge of servers, networks, system security, and enterprise IT environments.

Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).

Preferred (Advantage)

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
