Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration.
-Handle recruitment for both outlet operations and HQ positions.
-Work closely with outlet managers to manage manpower planning and staff transfers between outlets.
-Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, and termination letters.
-Handle employee disciplinary matters including absenteeism, misconduct, and performance issues.
-Monitor staff turnover and retention in outlets.
-Oversee payroll preparation including overtime, public holiday pay, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
-Ensure company HR practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
-Support management in HR planning and policy implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
-Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in accordance with company policies and local labour regulations.
-Draft, review, and issue HR-related documentation including employment letters, warning letters, show cause letters, confirmation letters, and other official correspondence.
-Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
-Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of HR files, employee records, and internal HR communications.
-Assist in managing HR compliance and ensure company practices are aligned with labour laws and internal policies.
-Provide HR advisory support to management on policy interpretation and employee matters.
-Work closely with management to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization.
-Support other HR administrative and operational matters when required.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law / Employment Act will be an advantage.
-Must be willing and able to work at the TRX office, Kuala Lumpur.
