Department: Operations Department - F&B (Front of the House)

Rate : RM 4,000 - 4,500

Location : The Exchange TRX Malaysia

Working days : 5-6 days a week



Overall Job Objectives:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions, and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a strong understanding of daily F&B outlet operations, including service flow, product offerings, and customer engagement.

Support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining high service and product quality standards.

Take part in strategic planning and execution of outlet initiatives and business goals.

Assist with implementing operational policies, managing shift duties, and guiding team members to maintain consistency and service excellence.

Engage with customers, address their needs and feedback professionally, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn.

Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
