Mandarin-Speaker Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
Our expanding e-commerce project is looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to join the team in Penang. If you speak fluent Mandarin and have a basic grasp of English, this stable daytime position is ideal for you.
Work Location: Livingston Tower, Georgetown, Penang (Candidates must be currently based here or ready to relocate on their own).
Work Hours: No overnight shifts required (all shifts end before 12 AM).
Requirement: Welcoming entry-level applicants and fresh graduates!

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist online shoppers and users via inbound/outbound calls, web chat, and emails.
- Troubleshoot user difficulties, reply to questions, and process requests in a timely manner.
- Deliver top-notch service quality through effective listening and precise verbal/written communication.
- Collaborate with internal teammates to handle and close complex customer cases.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Language Skills (Required): Excellent command of Mandarin (both verbal and written), alongside conversational English.
- Minimum Education: Holds at least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Key Traits: A patient, people-oriented mindset with a strong passion for helping others.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and managing multiple screens or systems efficiently.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates! We provide comprehensive, paid training from scratch.

Work Schedule:
- Operating Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM / 3 PM - 12 AM (No midnight shifts).
- Work Days: 5 days a week based on a monthly rotational roster (Monday to Sunday operations).
