Job Responsibilities:

 Assist Indonesian patients in coordinating hospital appointments, travel arrangements, and medical inquiries.
Communicate effectively with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.
Provide support and guidance throughout the medical journey.

Requirements:

✅ Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English (both spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
✅ Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates
