Planner

Job Responsibilities:
-Receive sale order/forecast from customer & translate them into production schedule;
-Key-in sale order in MRP system;
-Issue JO/WO to Production - (include MIN issuing);
-Provide shipment sch. / coordinate shipment to every customer PIC;
-Arrange part to subcon. (if needed secondary process);
-Preparing documents (DO & invoice for shipment) / logistic task;
-Receive forecast from customer - direct deal with customer;
-Raise PR for material ordering based on forecast;
-Pull in material - direct deal with supplier;
-Monitor raw material PO balance by updating in out material;
-Clerical job such as filling, updating stock manually for own tracking;
-Preparing production schedule;
-Check the stock for led, create work order based on available cat bin;
-Select correct BOM related to the model and bin, any new led cat bin, need to alert Engineering team to create new BOM;
-All customers shipping related matter (shipping document issuing);
-Customs related document preparation (GPB, M1 & etc...);
-Carry out any other job assigned by the immediate superior/customer.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field;
-Candidate must posses at least 3 year(s) of production planning software and logistic experiences and exposure in similar or related manufacturing industry will be an added advantage;
-Excellent communication and people management /interaction skills;
-Matured and able to adapt in a fast moving, high volume manufacturing environment.
-Experience with production planning software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is often required.
-Willing to work in Sungai Lalang, Sungai Petani.
