Planning Executive (Finished Goods) - Ayer Keroh

In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:
-Review and analyze MRP requirements to ensure raw material availability, minimal waste, and timely customer response.
-Manage purchase requisitions for raw materials in line with MOQ, lead times, and production schedules.
-Ensure executable planning and scheduling aligned with productivity and production targets.
-Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing slow-moving and obsolete stock while meeting company objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional and GBS teams to enhance replenishment, production, and supply planning efficiency.
-Drive service optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Follow Givaudan procedures and safety guidelines, addressing and implementing improvements where needed.

Your professional profile includes:
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
-2–4 years of relevant work experience in flavour, food, FMCG or other manufacturing industry.
-Solid understanding of planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practices and principles.
-Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification would be advantageous.
-High affinity for systems and analytical tools, with a continuous improvement mindset.
-Proficient in SAP BI, BO, and Microsoft Office.
