PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ( CHINESE / MANDARIN SPEAKER )

Supervise daily operations of the Cutting & Colouring Department.

Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.

Assign work and supervise production operators.

Monitor material usage to minimise wastage.

Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements.

Prepare production reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in a related field is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of production planning, quality control, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese languages (speaking, writing and reading).
