QA Executive

Inspects and ensure final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Investigates and analyses customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

Develops and implements corrective actions and preventive actions & monitors its effectiveness to prevent repeated issues.

Reviews and updates Master Packing List, QC Online Reference, Product Chemical & Microbiological Specification and other relevant documents when necessary.

Conducts validation testing on new packaging materials, new project and process

Issues Non-Conformance Report to suppliers with reasons for rejection of the materials.

Provides job-related training including CCP, GMP, Allergen, Food Defense and etc to QC, Lab personnel and operators.

Monitor and verifies SOP related to product quality standards, food safety and sanitation.

Report potentially unsafe condition to superior

Maintains, review and updates Quality Manuals and HACCP Plan.

Reviews Material Hazard Analysis on raw materials and packaging material annually.

Responds to customers request and enquiry.

Involves in all audits and responses to audit CAPA.
