Responsibilities

Qualification

1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ STPM/ SKM (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Polymer or equivalent)

2.Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing/ industrial scope in QA department

3.Required skills: Quality Inspection, Molding Defect Criteria

4.Able to work in team.

Responsibility

1.To make sure hourly reporting to be send out follow by rules been set.

2.To make sure all Accept Sample at work station follow FAI and LIMIT Sample.

3.To make sure all sample in locker in good condition.

4.To carry out daily buyoff part.

Function

1.Shift leader to lead IPQC, OQC and Lab for daily task monitoring and arrangement.

2.Special inspection if required.

3.Guide, supervise, train to another team member, when required.

4.Arranged team member to rework/ sorting OQC reject part.

5.Follow up the rejection issue by inspector.

6.To report and update any the abnormal/ rejection found during buyoff.
