Quality Manager

Job Description
· Setup, establish and manage QA department in the factory
· Assure implementation of quality systems
· Supply accurate, timely data and liaise, review, and meet with internal and external clients on issues pertaining to QC
· Maintain a systematic approach for document management of the QC Department and quality SOPs of the production process.
· Assure complience with DOE, MOH and DOSH regulations particularly scheduled waste management and MSDS management.
· Continually research analytical and management technique to advance the quality management of the team.
· Train the staff on the appropriate safety measures, encourage a safe work environment and good practices to minimize long term health concerns.
· Assure local suppliers are audited, qualified, and deliver quality product.
· Continually maintain equipment and obtain the necessary certifications and benchmark accuracy performance with outside laboratories.
· Lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together productively and effectively. Promote professional training and certification of staff.
· Position reports to General Manager/Managing Director

Job Requirements:
· At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
· Six sigma, ISO, RBA (or equivalent) experience
· Computer literate (MS Office, Statistical software)
· Language skills: Job requires frequent written and verbal communication with international customers and mother company employees.
