Job Description

Functions:
- Pre-contract work including sourcing of contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, prepare tender report for presentation and contract award administrations required within set datelines.
- Post-contract work including contractors monthly progress claim, variation order, final account for completed projects.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experiences in Quantity Surveying.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply too.
- Possesses good analytical and sourcing skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
