Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
-Pre-contract work including sourcing of contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, prepare tender report for presentation and contract award administrations required within set datelines.
-Post-contract work including contractors monthly progress claim, variation order, final account for completed projects.
-Project Costing - budgetary cost control.

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent
-Candidates with 1-2 years experience is preferred, procurement background will be encourage too
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Possesses good analytical and sourcing skills
-Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
