Retail Assistant (NUEmpireShopping)

Job Responsibilities:
-Greeting customer
-Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
-Possess good product knowledge.
-Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
-Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
-Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
-Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
-Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
-Conducting weekly reports and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

-6 working days/week (including weekends).
-Able to work independently as well as in a team.
-Ability to work for long hours in standing for extended periods.
