Job Description

Manage and supervise daily security operations of the hotel.

Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property at all times.

Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and security patrols.

Handle incidents, emergencies, and investigations professionally.

Coordinate with management and local authorities when required.

Train, schedule, and discipline security personnel.

Prepare incident reports, daily logs, and security documentation.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.

Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and legal regulations.
