Service and Application Engineer

Perform installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites

Provide application support and technical consultation to customers

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems

Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair services

Support machine acceptance, qualification, and process optimization activities

Work closely with customers to improve equipment performance and productivity

Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records

Coordinate with headquarters, suppliers, and engineering teams for technical support and issue resolution

Conduct customer training on equipment operation and maintenance

Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application evaluations

Support spare parts management and service scheduling activities

Travel to customer sites within Malaysia and occasionally overseas when required
